Conditions of return


In case of retraction (Art. 10 of the General Conditions of Sale)


According to the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the Product(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons. You must send us by mail the withdrawal form on the Site, fully and correctly completed.

You must then return the Product(s) and their accessories, in their original packaging, together with the original invoice and the completed return form, the cost of returning the Product(s) being at your expense.

After the recovery of the Product(s), and the control of their conformity and perfect condition, we will reimburse you using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, www.britishshoes.fr reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.

Within the framework of the guarantee (Art. 11 of the General Conditions of Sale)


All the Products on sale on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L211-1 to L221-4 of the Code le Consommation) and the guarantee against the hidden defects (articles 2641 to 1649 of the Civil code).

If a Product has a defect, it can be returned after prior agreement by contacting :

A return form will then be sent to you. The Product will be able to be turned over with the good of return duly filled to the following address: British Shoes 8 Rue de Prague 75012 PARIS.

After the recovery of the Product(s), and the confirmation of a defect or a nonconformity, we will refund you by using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction. The amount of the sums due in the hypothesis where the responsibility of www.britishshoes.fr would be committed towards you, could not exceed the amount of the sums perceived in conformance with the returned product(s), unless you prefer that the litigious product is exchanged by an identical product within the limit of the available stocks.
